MCCALLUM FORENSIC PSYCHOLOGY

I conduct forensic mental health evaluations speaking to a variety of referral questions in both criminal and civil courts, including (but not limited to): competency to proceed, mental condition, mental state at the time of the offense (sanity), risk assessment, juvenile resentencing, fitness for duty, decisional capacity, animal abuse evaluations, and mitigation evaluations.

I provide trainings to various organizations across a variety of topics. Some previous topics include: Forensic mental health evaluation, latent variable modeling, motivational interviewing, and psychological assessment. Sometimes more behind-the-scenes consulting work can be helpful above and beyond a report or testimony. My experience in psychological testing, research experience on bias in forensic mental health evaluations, and experience writing second-opinion evaluations, are all helpful in consultative services.
